koi88 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "koi88", "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to the operator of the koi88 platform at https://koi88.bio, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Player", "You", "Your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the koi88 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered player profile created by an individual upon successful completion of the registration process, subject to verification.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's koi88 Account, denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a Player under any active koi88 promotion. Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money Balance and are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any financial stake placed on any game, sporting event, virtual market, or other outcome offered on the koi88 Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process required by koi88 to confirm that a Player is who they claim to be and is eligible to use the Platform.
• "Platform" — the koi88 website, mobile web application, and any associated games, services, tools, or features accessible at https://koi88.bio.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction from which access to and use of online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• "Applicable Law" — the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which koi88 holds its gaming license, as well as any other laws applicable to a Player's use of the Platform based on their place of residence.

Use of the koi88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during which a Player holds an active Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active. koi88 strictly enforces its 21+ policy and will require documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process.
• Residency: The Platform is primarily designed and operated for players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any local law, regulation, or order applicable to you.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated or who are acting under a guardianship order may not register.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, director, or officer of koi88, nor an immediate family member of such a person, and you must not be acting on behalf of any such person.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active Account at any time. Registration of duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion arrangement on the koi88 Platform at the time of registration or login.

To access the full functionality of the koi88 Platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, you must complete the registration process. The following terms apply to Account registration and ongoing Account management:

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and any other information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. koi88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact koi88 support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You must notify koi88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of Account security. koi88 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend an Account where it detects unusual activity consistent with unauthorized access, pending verification from the Account holder.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your last-used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms.

koi88 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification program in compliance with the anti-money laundering and responsible gaming requirements of its licensing jurisdiction. All Players are required to successfully complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. koi88 may additionally request KYC documents at the time of registration, when a Player's cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold, or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team.

4.1 Required Documents

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents, which must be current, legible, and unaltered:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID, such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or Indonesian driving license (SIM).
• Proof of Date of Birth: Confirmed by the identity document above; a birth certificate may be requested in cases of doubt.
• Proof of Address: A recent document (issued within the last three months) bearing your full name and Indonesian residential address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence.
• Payment Verification: koi88 may request verification of the payment method used for deposits, such as a bank statement showing the account holder name matching the registered koi88 Account name.

All deposits to your koi88 Account must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform and must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential suspension of the Account.

5.1 Supported Deposit Methods

All deposits are accepted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). koi88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be returned to the originating account without conversion.

5.3 Deposit Limits

koi88 may apply deposit limits at the Account level for responsible gaming purposes. Players may also voluntarily set their own deposit limits through the Account settings or by contacting support. Voluntary deposit limits become effective immediately and may only be increased after a cooling-off period of at least seven (7) calendar days.

Players may request withdrawal of verified real-money funds from their koi88 Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not form part of any withdrawal request.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The withdrawing Player must have successfully completed KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account held in the same name as the registered koi88 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, koi88 support will work with the Player to identify a suitable alternative.
• koi88 reserves the right to carry out additional security and verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or the Account shows unusual activity patterns.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

koi88 targets the following withdrawal processing times during business hours (WIB, Monday through Sunday including public holidays):

Processing times are targets and not guarantees. During periods of high withdrawal volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. koi88 will communicate any material delays to affected Players via their registered email address.

koi88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian cultural calendar. All promotions are subject to specific promotion terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be stated on each promotion page. Bonus Funds are tracked separately from real-money Balance; wagering is applied first against real-money Balance unless the promotion states otherwise.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

koi88 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation — including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other Players to guarantee bonus profits regardless of game outcome.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date, which will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds not used, and wagering requirements not met, before the expiry date will be cancelled automatically without notice. koi88 does not compensate Players for expired bonus funds.

By placing a wager on the koi88 Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following general game rules. Each individual game or betting market may also carry specific rules accessible within that game or market interface; in the event of conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules prevail for that game.

• Bet Finality: Once a wager has been confirmed and a bet reference number generated, the wager cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the Player, except where a specific "Cash Out" feature is available and active for that market at the relevant time.
• Palpable Errors: koi88 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or game parameters that were set in error (a "palpable error"), provided that the error was obvious and that a reasonable person would have recognized the odds or parameters as being incorrect. Examples include odds that are substantially out of line with prevailing market prices, game RTP configurations that are materially incorrect, or live dealer game malfunctions.
• Void Bets: Certain sporting events or game outcomes may be declared void — for example, where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or where a technical malfunction affects the game result. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account at face value.
• Maximum Winnings: koi88 may apply maximum single-event or single-session winning caps, which will be communicated within the relevant game or market. Where a winning exceeds the applicable cap, the cap amount will be paid and the excess will not be credited.
• RNG Certification: All RNG (Random Number Generator) slot and table games on koi88 are sourced from studios whose RNG systems are certified by independent testing laboratories. Certification details are available within each game's information panel.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) managed by trained dealers and streamed in real time. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand or spin, the result will be determined by the game outcome at the point of disconnection. koi88 will use reasonable efforts to recover and credit the correct result; Players are encouraged to contact support immediately in the event of any live game dispute.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the koi88 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of or for the benefit of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies in bad faith. Players who discover bugs or errors are required to report them to koi88 support immediately rather than exploit them.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated in bad faith after a deposit has been wagered.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward koi88 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law, while knowingly misrepresenting your location to circumvent geo-restrictions.

All content on the koi88 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, page layouts, software, game content, text, audio, and video — is the property of koi88 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of koi88. The koi88 name, logo, and associated marks are registered trademarks. Any unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

koi88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. koi88 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to game studios required to deliver game content, payment processors required to process transactions, KYC verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

koi88 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a minimum 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the koi88 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

To activate any of the above tools, log in to your Account settings or contact our support team directly. koi88 will never attempt to persuade a Player who has requested self-exclusion to remain active. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koi88 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

koi88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

koi88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical fault. While we make every effort to maintain 99.9% uptime, temporary service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government action, or widespread network failures). koi88 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a Player during a period of Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit koi88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

koi88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — koi88 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via their registered email address.

For minor or administrative amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability), changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 3.4.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koi88 holds its international gaming license. The specific governing jurisdiction is stated in koi88's licensing documentation and is available upon request from our compliance team.

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact koi88 support and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. Most Account, payment, and game disputes can be resolved within 1–5 business days through direct communication with our support team.

15.2 Formal Dispute Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of koi88's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process are available from our compliance team upon request.

15.3 Language

These Terms are drafted in English, which shall be the authoritative language for the purposes of interpretation and dispute resolution. Any translation of these Terms into another language is provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the English version.
